Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup China Rose Radish microgreensÂ
- 1/2Â cup onions
- 2 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 1/2 tsp chanadal
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- pinch of hing
- 2 nos Red chilli
- curry leaves and coriander leavesÂ
Instructions:
- Rinse and cook quinoa in water until soft. Set aside and let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix fresh curd with finely chopped onions.
- Season with a pinch of salt and ginger powder for a soothing flavor boost.
- In a hot pan, prepare the tempering with ghee, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds, a pinch of hing, dried red chilies (2), and fresh curry leaves. Let them sizzle!
- Pour the tempering over the curd quinoa mixture and mix well.
