Jowar talipeeth

Try this hearty, flavor-rich Jowar Microgreens Roti that’s loaded with goodness and taste!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Jowar flour
  • 2 tsp Rice flour & Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Turmeric, Jeera (Cumin), Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp powdered groundnuts
  • 1–2 green chilies (finely ground)
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • A handful of fresh curry leaves
  • Chopped Coriander, Broccoli Microgreens, Clover Microgreens
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee or Olive Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all flours with turmeric, jeera, sesame, powdered groundnuts, and salt.
  2. Add green chili paste, chopped onions, curry leaves, grated coconut, and microgreens.
  3. Mix in enough water to form a soft dough.
  4. Shape the dough into thin round rotis.
  5. Heat a pan, add a few drops of ghee or olive oil, and cook each side until golden brown.
