Ingredients:
- 2 cups Jowar flour
- 2 tsp Rice flour & Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Turmeric, Jeera (Cumin), Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp powdered groundnuts
- 1–2 green chilies (finely ground)
- 1 finely chopped onion
- A handful of fresh curry leaves
- Chopped Coriander, Broccoli Microgreens, Clover Microgreens
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or Olive Oil for cooking
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all flours with turmeric, jeera, sesame, powdered groundnuts, and salt.
- Add green chili paste, chopped onions, curry leaves, grated coconut, and microgreens.
- Mix in enough water to form a soft dough.
- Shape the dough into thin round rotis.
- Heat a pan, add a few drops of ghee or olive oil, and cook each side until golden brown.
